What is LE
Leader’s Edge (LE) is a place of preparation for those called into areas of full-time ministry.  We have people with various ministry dreams including youth pastors, senior pastors, inner-city pastors, missionaries, counselors and more. 

There is currently a first and second year program with topics consisting of:  Expectations/Perceptions, Accountability, Strengthening Your Marriage, Financial Strength, Prayer, Church Structure, Weddings, Funerals, Hospital Visits and many other practical and spiritual applications to be building blocks on which to grow each ministry.

Why do we have LE
To prepare leaders who are called into full-time ministry by building relationships and engaging in discussions on various areas of life and ministry.  These things can begin in our monthly classes and extend as we reach out in ministry application and fun events.

Who can come to LE
Leader’s Edge candidates are comprised of individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and ages (post high school).  Candidates complete an application and commit to personal growth and to attend Dominion Church faithfully.  If you are interested please complete the application and submit it to Tamara Sword.

Who leads LE
Pastor Greg Thurstonson and Tamara Sword are the facilitators of this ministry.  Pastor Greg founded Dominion Church and has over 25 years of full-time ministry experience and Tamara is also an ordained minister with over 15 years of full-time and bi-vocational ministry experience.  See their staff descriptions for further information.

Berean Study Center :  In conjunction with Global University, we are a registered Berean Study Center. Berean is a self-paced correspondence ministerial education program. Our study center is set up to assist Berean students with their courses in a group setting.  This allows for interaction and accountability.
