REGISTRATION IS A 3-STEP PROCESS
Because camp reservations are first come first serve, all 3 steps of the registration process must be complete for your student to "reserve a spot." The price paid for every individual student is dependent on the completion of all 3 of these steps. Incomplete forms and a delay in submitting the required documents will result in a resubmission fee of $10.

- If your form and $50 are paid BEFORE MIDNIGHT April 30, 2025, you have the option for a "pre-order" camp shirt at an additional cost. There will also be Additional Camp Merch on site to purchase.
Step 2: Complete Online Consent Forms
This will be emailed directly to YOU after you complete step 1. This email will come from "Tido Rodriguez at DocuSign." Please make sure this is submitted before the deadline as registration cannot be confirmed without it.

- Ex: The Church Coordinators email is entered instead of the parent or leader's email.
- Ex: The person registering inputs an email with a typo resulting in the automatic system being unable to process.
